We freely admit that we are thrilled every time one of our candidates successfully obtains a job offer. If we weren't we don't feel that we could provide the level of service that we do with such enthusiasm or commitment. Our high "match" rate is as a result of our listening skills and knowledge of the legal market.

We cover recruitment for Magic Circle, City based US and national law firms (who not only recruit within the UK but seek candidates for their international offices), through to High Street firms who deal with both private and publicly funded clients. We are instructed by some of the best known names around for in-house and also work with Barristers' Chambers throughout the UK.

We can provide advice on the firms and companies which are recruiting, the areas which they are recruiting in and the type of people they employ. We can tell you about their attitudes on career development and progression and the benefits and working environment they offer.

We cannot promise you feedback after interview, much as we would wish to, since clients do not always provide it. We can promise, however, to pass it on when it is given and to continue to encourage clients to give feedback, since we know that it is such a valuable tool for candidates in progressing their careers.

We also promise to provide you with as much information as we can about your prospective employer and their vacancy. Again, the only constraint to us doing so will be the information available from our client. We work hard at nurturing relationships with our clients, so we can offer you the best opportunity to equip yourself for interview.

We can put you forward to just one company, law firm or Chambers, or we can look at a selection of options, depending upon your particular situation and motivation. We recognise that the more senior you are the more you are in tune with what career move is right for you and the more sensitive your movements can be.

We don't publish every vacancy we receive. Indeed we regularly work with the candidates who are already registered with us in order to provide an immediate response to new vacancies received - a winning solution!

We treat every candidate and every client with respect and information provided to us is not only dealt with in accordance with the Data Protection Act but also in a sensitive and confidential way.

We work with people regardless of gender, age, religious or cultural background, sexual orientation and do not discriminate against disability. We cultivate relationships with clients who have similar principles.

You don't pay us a fee for finding you that exciting career move but we do offer you a thank you* for recommending candidates to us, who we subsequently place.

As a legal recruitment consultancy we can provide you with advice on interview technique, a personal profile for anonymous applications and CV drafting. We can even work with you to provide a professionally drafted CV, showing your skills and experience the way a legal recruiter would wish to see them - free of charge.

You can be assured that if you are registered with us you do not need to register with other Consultancies in order to ensure that all the options are covered.

Once we start working with you we will follow through and discuss all options, in relation to the law firms/Barristers Chambers/In-House departments in the location(s) of interest to you. We also strive to be as accessible to you as we can - see our contacts page for further information.

We will realistically advise you on your prospects of getting the job you want and what other options there are.

We will even be available to you after you have accepted a job offer, to advise and assist in relation to the practical side of starting a new job and through to your initial probation period with the firm. If you are unhappy, for what ever reason, we can discretely and professionally assist to help you through those initial weeks/months.

For candidates seeking to work at Solicitor level in the UK but qualified outside of the UK we recommend that you undertake the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test as soon as you can.
